up, God will never leave you and believe it or not, there will come a day of pure rejoicing . Search within
your heart, are you a christian and do you know where you will spend
eternity? There are many good people who think they will go to heaven because
of their good works but no matter how good you are nor how much
you do for others, it is only through the Lord Jesus and a grace that is
free ..thereby one can be called a true born again believer.

In this lesson i am going to try and define a christian (Christ like)
and or try to with the Lords help. A christian is one who has forsaken his/her
own life for that of Christ.

Acts 11:26: "And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And
it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church,
and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in
Antioch." You will know them by the fruit they bear. A true christian will
bear the attributes of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

We have a commission to fulfill while here on this earth. Each one of us
has a role to play in building up
and strengthening the church body. As you
know it takes many parts to build
a house and or building and that is the
same way it is, in building
the church. We're all a part of building the body of
Christ. No one human being can look
at another and say. "I don't believe your really a christian." because each
of us is responsible for our own hearts,
minds and bodies but we can know by the fruit of the spirit they bear.
When I asked the Lord to come into my heart and live his life through
me, I couldn't wait to hop out of bed each day and tell someone about
him. My heart and soul was so full of joy that he took a sinner like me and
made me joint heir with him. Do you feel like that and cannot wait to tell
someone about the Love and mercy of God?

"Fruit of
the spirit"
In Ecclesiastics 3:2 " A time to be born,
and a time to die; a time to plant,
and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time for birth and a time
for death. {There is a time for everything
on this earth, I have heard people saying, I don't have time to do this,
there is just not enough time in the day. Well my friend, are you sure your
in the will of the Lord? God does not call us if there isn't time to do what
he wants us to..}
Are you a true born again believer, washed
in the blood of the lamb? then
you have a reason to be here, a reason to
hope in the Lord. God didn't say
our life would be all roses and no
thorns but he did say in, Hebrews 13:5
“Never will I leave you; never will
I forsake you.” again,
1 Samuel 12:22 For the sake of his great
name the LORD will not reject his
people, because the LORD was pleased to
make you his own. and once again,
John 6:37 All that the Father gives me will
come to me, and whoever comes
to me I will never drive away. (39)
And this is the will of him who sent
me, that I shall lose none of all that he
has given me, but raise them up
at the last day." Jude 1:24 To him who is
able to keep you from falling and
to present you before his glorious presence
without fault and with great
joy – To our Lord and savior, glory, honor,
power and majesty and praise
forevermore!! If you are still here and
belong to him, then he still has work for you to do.

Do we just praise him when things
are going our way and hang our heads in
times of troubles "Saying woe is me,
the Lord has hidden his face from me,
i am being eaten up by my sufferings? No
my friends, we praise God in all
things even when we feel as if the world
is crumpling all around us.
Satan has so many awful ways to distract
us from our warship of God, he brings sickness, financial burdens, problems
with families and also uncertain feelings, depression and the feelings that
no one cares where we live or die, there are even times, we're not sure of
our daily walk with Christ. ((Stand in those times, like the tree planted
by the waters, don't be moved.))
God allows Satan free access to his children
(Read the story of poor Job) but he will not allow him to take our life
nor will he put more on us then we can bear. " Corinthians 10:13
There has no temptation taken you but such as is
common to man: but God is faithful, who will not permit you to be tempted
above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to
escape, that you may be able to bear it."
We can rest assured that God is with us through all our sufferings and will
bring joy and peace. Remember when you think your at the lowest level in
your life and you cannot take another step, Jesus is just a prayer away.
The Lord gave me this poem a few weeks
ago.
"My child, many may leave you because
your not what they want and think you should be, but listen to my voice and
behold me. I come not with empty hands to receive what i might, I come with love and give you peace
in the midst of life storm's, I come with joy when there is none to
be found, when your head is sunk low from
sickness and pain, it is my hand that holds and lifts up your aching brow.
When people say I will do this and or that for you and fail to come through,
my promises i keep, see they are all held
out to you. I ask nothing but honor from you and a heart so full of love
for my son, it shines throughout your space and into a timeless journey, a journey all must take.
I hold out my hands not with riches that soon fade but treasure not seen
by the eyes of man. Close your eyes and look into your soul, wrap your arms
around you and know that it is I that holds."
What a wonderful Lord we serve, he is
so gentle and kind and loves all the creation of God the Father, our Father,
yours and mine through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

The Lamb.
He bought our soul from the pits
of hell, hung on
the cross from heaven to the ground,
laying his life
before all man, bloody hands from nails driven
His love spread far and wide, his truth
ring out,
Gods only son, redeemed your soul when he
died
that day.
They killed not thinking twice of evil that day,
but his only thought was " Forgive them
Father,
they know not what they do."
The Lamb was slain for me and you. So take heed
my brothers and sisters, while the door
of heaven
still stands open, look not at the world
and what it
holds.
When we stand before the throne Dressed in clothes
of pure white.
When we see him as he is, loving him truly with
unsinning heart's
Only then can we fully know,how much
we owe
To a gentle lamb who bought our souls.
Again, if you have truly been adopted into God's family
and the Holy Spirit is living inside of you, there should be some evidence
of that in your life. I know that sometimes it looks like everyone
around us is more blessed then we ourselves and or more spiritual
but God doesn't love one person more then the next. Gods love is the
same for all his children. Troubles, family matters, finance, sickness, he
is right there to help each one who cries out to him. So dear friends, clean
out the rose bushes and get rid of the thorns by prayer thanksgiving
and praise to A God that is able to meet all your needs and more.

Dear Lord Jesus, Please help us to put all our
trust in You for things to come. Lord Jesus guard our hearts
and minds from the fiery darts of Satan, Lord help us to know
that whatever we do or whatever we say or whatever we have or
don't have, and whatever may come our way , only comes to us through
your power and might. May we rise each day praising you
precious Lord with a new joy in our hearts, knowing that this day and
each new sunrise belongs to you . Lord we give thanks unto you
for grace that is free for the asking. We Praise your Holy Name, honor and
glory belong to you, Amen.
