Think about it for a second you'll see what I mean "Greatest Treasure." To build a house you 
need a set of blue prints. To build or put together a car, you need a guide and or blue prints.
Have I got you a bit curious as to what this treasure is? Do you know that without it, there 
would be no parents, children, jobs or money to enjoy. Aha! now that I have your attention, 
I will tell you what the "Greatest Treasure, is." Oh it comes in many colored covers, some 
gilded in gold but it's what is between the covers that is it, "Yes, your right!  The Holy 
Bible. The Bible was written for divine inspirations on how to conduct yourself in all 
holiness.  Below I am going to give you some more  gold nuggets to think about... hence 
the blue print for living.

The Bible is the largest seller of any  book.. It was written by 40 men  who 
engaged in writing it  for a period of 1600 years.

Dating from 1500 B.C to near 100 years after Christ. These men wrote as the Holy 
Spirit moved them. 2 Pet 1:21. They wrote not in words of human wisdom but in 
words taught by the Holy Ghost. 1 Cor. 2:13.

There are 66 books of the Bible. The Old Testament has 39 and the New 
Testament has 27. Good huh? and the Blue print keeps going. The Bible has 1189 
chapters with the Old Testament having 929 and the New Testament 260. Only two 
chapters in the whole Bible are alike. 2 Ki. 19; and Is. 37. Now lets see what we can find 
in this "Greatest Treasure."  Well we can find all about  backslider by reading Hos, 14, the 
Beatitudes . Mat 5,6,7 (Now this is a blueprint for living, if I ever saw one.) 

Please find the time and read this, it'll help you build a solid foundation  one that 
won't crumple in the wind. You can find comfort in Ps 23:4, Go check out "Prayer at 
Dan. 6; Holy Spirit John 14; Joy. Is, 12, you want safety lets continue to build.. 
why not? read Ps 91:  Here we go...Old age Eccl. 12. Overcomers Rev. 2,3  
For some really good instruction read Prov.1,  Frailty of life Ps.90.
How about Love? read  1Cor.13.

The Bible has 31,173 Verses and 592,439 words in the old Testament and 181,253 
words in the New Testament. with words only occurring once , Eternity Is. 57 ;15 
Reverend Ps. 111:9 Grandmother Tim. 1:5 and Gnat Mat. 23:24. How many authors 
have you read in your lifetime that can do that? Repeat words are the authors bread 
and butter. The Bible wasn't written for gain but to teach one how to live with 
Peace, Joy , honesty ,Integrity even in times of trouble we can pick up this book 
and find answers to all life's problems.. how? Because we're not alone, somewhere 
out there someone else has already went through the same thing and you know 
what? They came through with the help of the bible. I could write this blueprint till 
my fingers fall off but I am not going to..Why should I take all your joy away by not 
letting you read for yourself "The Greatest Treasure." Come on now you know your 
ears picked up and  interest peaked. Go get the Bible now and read " A man who 
lived to be 969 years old Gen. 5:27..good genes or what:-) or "Baby had a scarlet 
thread tied around his hand when he was born Gen.38:28-29. How about this one? A man 
had a bed 13 1/3 feet long and 6 feet wide Deut. 3:11. Another "the sun stood still for 
a day Josh. 10: 13 an army with seven hundred left handed men Judg. 20:16 Now 
that your appetite has improved for "The Greatest Treasure." Lets keep going shall 
we?  If your traveling anywhere in the world, most of us need a map to find our way, 
right? In every city or state there are directions. Signs that tell us what street we're on . 
Signs on the highway "No u turns,stop, Yield, caution, oneway, do not enter and so on. 
The bible is like that, it gives directions for clean living, Loving your neighbor as you 
would hope they love you. It tells you what path through life you should trod on. Infact 
the bible tells us how not to get lost but if we are lost,  it tells us how to be found. 
(Don't forget to read John. 3:16 it is not only the corner stone but to accept would bring 
new life, new hope and a new beginning.)  Why not pick up this  "Greatest Treasure" 
and read  it  for yourself? The Bible says that " Now is the accepted time of the Lord .
